Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Director of Family Outreach provides administrative leadership to all programs and services offered in the assigned area and organizes and executes programs that ensure a safe, caring and therapeutic environment for those served. The Director of Family Outreach must have a thorough understanding of and demonstrated competency in the Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) and other evidence-based programs offered in the assigned area.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Select, train, supervise and evaluate staff in accordance with MCH personnel policies; maintain a regular schedule of case review/supervision in compliance with program guidelines; maintain compliance with applicable licensing and accreditation standards; develop annual budget and operate programs within approved budget; meet utilization and outcome goals for each program, and; lead program evaluation and continuous quality improvement process for assigned area.
