Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Director of Engagement is responsible for all aspects of NMCAN’s programming and direct youth services including but not limited to: program development and implementation, programmatic financial and administrative management, and staff leadership and development.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

-Program Development, Implementation, and Refinement
-Staff Leadership and Development
-Programmatic Financial and Administrative Management

Other Information/Requirements: 

A minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of directly-related experience.
Working in a nonprofit capacity is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be
substituted, as long as it directly relates to the essential duties and responsibilities.
