Director of Donations and Store Operations, Las Cruces

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Manages operations, supervises staff and is responsible for excellent store and online services for the Thrift Store. Provides a positive environment and experience that impacts guests, donors, and the communities of Dona Ana County and surrounding areas.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Manage donation needs; Implement strategies for increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty; Analyze sales data and market trends; Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and philanthropic organizations; Facilitate community engagement initiatives to enhance the store's local presence and goodwill; Maintain database of donors; Demonstrate and maintain an adaptive, solutions-oriented working environment.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree in business management, fashion, or accounting.
Minimum of five (5) years full-time, volunteer or paid, experience in thrift store retail or similar environment including at least one (1) year experience in supervision and directing work of others.
Assigned 8-hour shifts, weekends and off hours are required.
