The Director works collaboratively with the Board, leadership, staff, partners, and funders to secure sustainable resources and ensure strategic, compelling communications across all platforms. Fundraising Strategy & Revenue Diversification. Donor Cultivation, Stewardship & External Relations.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Grant Development & Management. Communications Leadership & Public Awareness. Data, Systems & Reporting. Team Leadership & Collaboration. Budgeting & Administrative Responsibilities.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, Business
Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of nonprofit fundraising or development leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success in donor cultivation, fundraising campaigns, major gifts, and
grant development.
