Manage the Development Team

Other Information/Requirements: 

Five+ years in a leadership role; proven success empowering a team
Five+ years leading fundraising for an organization
Proven experience in capital campaign leadership and implementation

This position involves travel. A hybrid arrangement may be considered; some weekly on-site work is required. Ghost Ranch offers an excellent package of full benefits.
