Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for strategic planning and for implementing, growing, and evaluating fundraising initiatives. This includes identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of donors, sponsorships and other funding sources. Also includes the oversight and execution of fundraising events. We are a family oriented organization offering flexibility and an accepting, supportive environment with the highest standards of service to our members & our community.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsibilities including developing/implementing comprehensive fundraising events and activities, creating a fundraising committee, cultivating/nurturing donor relationships, conducting presentations, grant applications, fundraising progress reports to Board of Directors, Managing donor recognition program, and ensuring fundraising goals are met.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; 2+ Years’ experience in fund-raising, community engagement and/or donor development; proven ability to create and execute successful fundraising events and to solicit and maintain donor relations; and ability to collaborate and work with members, the board, volunteers, donors and staff with varied cultural, social and educational backgrounds.
