Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Santa Fe Desert Chorale has been a pinnacle of musical excellence in New Mexico for over three decades. As one of the finest professional chamber choirs in the US, we are seeking a Director of Development to help take the ensemble to the next level.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Development Director works collaboratively with the board and executive management to design and implement annual and multi-year strategies to achieve or exceed the organizations goals for contributed income and community relations.

Other Information/Requirements: 

The successful candidate will possess a passionate drive for the advancement of the Chorale and clearly communicate a compelling creative vision that generates excitement and enthusiasm for the developmental goals of the organization. While all qualified candidates will possess a proven history of success in traditional fund development, the highest consideration will be given to those that have the ability to “think outside the box” with a new, creative and effective approach to the position.
