Main Areas of Responsibility:
Lead all aspects of the Foundation’s development program which supports The Albuquerque Museum of Art & History. Create and implement a dynamic plan for institutional advancement to broaden the donor base and increase financial support, pursuant to an annual Development Plan which sets goals and tactics for developing new funding sources, contacts and relationships and for nurturing and growing existing Foundation and Museum relationships.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Lead staff for major gifts program. Provide strategic development and implementation of programs. Database and donor moves management, donor research and stewardship. Supervise solicitation and acknowledgement process. Coordinate development activities with Foundation staff. Develop, maintain and circulate revenue and donor production reports. Staff Development Committee/attend Museum’s Curator’s meeting.
