Director of Continuous Improvement

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Supervise the work of Mission: Graduate's research staff. Evaluate the data, research, and continuous improvement needs of UWCNM and make recommendations as to how the organization can expand its capacity to fully support Mission: Graduate, Mission: Families, and all other aspects of UWCNM's emerging "Impact Agenda".

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Lead Mission: Graduate's data and research team and provide start-up support to UWCNM's new "Mission: Families" initiative. Oversee data collection and analysis pertaining to Mission: Graduate's ongoing collaborative projects and develop and implement strategies to promote and facilitate a culture of continuous improvement among Mission: Graduate's growing community of partners.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies in education or nonprofit organizational settings; knowledge of continuous improvement processes and methodology; supervisory skills; group facilitation skills; effective written and oral communication skills; and effective project management skills. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a relate field, with a minimum of three to five years experience in designing and carrying out research and/or evaluation projects.
