Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Oversees and manages all aspects of the LifeROOTS Community Services Program, including monitoring of fiscal resources, program planning and development, marketing and expansion as well as supervision of direct staff; while ensuring that high-quality services to people with disabilities through an effective processes is engaged.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Oversees Day Habilitation Program and Vocational and Employment Services Program development. Monitors resources including Medicaid Waiver, State General Funds and DVR. Provides informed reports to President/CEO. Develop department goals and implement objectives and strategies tours successful outcomes. And oversees selection of program staff, and trains staff in specific areas of job description.

Other Information/Requirements: 

1. Required BA (MA/MS - preferred) in Rehabilitation Counseling, Social Work, Special Education, Psychology or other related field.
2. At least four years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
3. Must have five years’ experience working with people with disabilities in direct care, five years in a management capacity.
4. Computer experience in word processing and spread sheet programs; able to compose reports and letters.
