Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Under the direction of the Chief Impact Officer, the Director of Community Investment manages the operational aspects of the Community Investment grants process and works closely with the Development and Impact Teams to seek out and apply for new sources of grant funding to support UWCNM Impact Agenda.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The position is responsible for managing UWCNM’s efforts to create collective impact and the Impact agenda. As a member of the UWCNM Impact leadership team, this staff member provides leadership to monitor organization ends, education and consults with the leadership team on progress of aligned and collective grantmaking results and provides strategic input into community investments and collaborations.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., nonprofit management, grants management, public administration, business).
• Three or more years of experience in a related field (e.g., nonprofit management, grants management, public administration, business) and a record of success in supporting volunteer engagement, including recruitment and meeting facilitation.
