Director of Community Collaborations on Access and Inclusion

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for developing and implementing an organizational strategy for NMCSAP to integrate and promote access and inclusion in all aspects of its work (training, consultations, collaborations, and technical assistance with sexual assault programs, sexual assault nurse exam programs, children’s advocacy centers, campus and community based organizations, and other victim servicing agencies.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Working with diverse communities, developing initiatives to meet accessibility and cultural considerations; to address systemic oppression, institutional racism, and the effects violence has on communities of color. ● Show a demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships, through inclusion and equity, with other staff, volunteers, board of directors, funding sources, and vendors.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Manage OVW and state contracts reporting, invoicing and budgeting; Coordinate two Rural projects in NM;
Experience working within sexual violence field, fluency in reading, writing, and communicating in Spanish, building and managing budgets is a plus. Must be able to travel out of town, overnight, multiple times a year.
