Director of Collective Impact

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Director of Collective Impact will work directly with the members of the Collaborative Action Networks and Community Support Councils for Mission:Graduate in the form of coaching, facilitation, and/or data analysis to build these groups’ internal capacity to effectively work together on improving the specific outcomes of the defined action plans.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Participates in building and improving data collection systems
• Engages other staff and volunteers
Experience with CQI processes and methodology
• Strong facilitation, negotiation and influencing skills
• Experience in building relationships and resolving conflict
• Clear and concise verbal, written and presentation skills
• Effective project/time management
• Designs and produces work products and plans

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree
5 years of experience as a facilitator and data analyst.
• 3 years of supervisory experience
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Flexibility, independence, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Commitment to working in team settings
• Ability to exercise tact and good judgment.
