Main Areas of Responsibility:
The purpose of this position is to provide clinical supervision, consultation & oversight for YSFS programs; conduct clinical case reviews; review & provide oversight of program clinical policies and procedures; provide counseling services for programs; develop and implement staff training; develop, plan and implement strategies for program continuation and growth; and assist in managing managed care contracts.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Youth Shelters and Family Services (YSFS) is a nonprofit organization, established in 1980 and now serves as the primary agency in the Santa Fe/Northern New Mexico area serving homeless, runaway, and street youth and their families, as well as young people who are at risk of being homeless. Youth Shelters and Family Services provides unique, life-changing services to homeless, runaway, and in-crisis youth and their families.
