Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Director leads The Circles member/donor program, the Foundation’s travel program and key special events. The person in this position works closely with the Membership Director on broad-based upgrade programs that move members into The Circles and with the Leadership Director to identify prospects for major and planned giving.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree, 5 to 7 years experience. Fundraising experience for non-profit arts organizations. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, maintain professionalism, donor and volunteer confidentially . Large scale special event experience. Ability to work independently and as a team. Detail-oriented and strong verbal and written communications skills. Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Raiser’s Edge.
