Type of Job: 
Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

5+ years of experience in an early childhood education setting; prior experience as a Director of a licensed preschool/child care program; understanding of CYFD licensing standards; understanding of COA accreditation requirements; understanding of creative curriculum; experience with managing budgets and implementing marketing programs.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Excellent leadership and organizational skills; must be physically agile, highly energetic and be able to work both indoors and outdoors and previous experience in a 3 star or higher childcare center is a plus.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s Degree in Early childhood Education; solid communication and interpersonal skills; strong command of the English language and excellent writing skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel.
