Main Areas of Responsibility:
You will be responsible for program management and development of comprehensive services to individuals including direct supervision of professional staff; grant writing and reporting; budgeting, contract compliance; community relations; and program development. We are looking for an exceptionally detail-oriented person with a proven track record of productivity, customer service, and problem solving.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Applicants with experience manipulating data and financials in spreadsheets to manage complex grant requirements encouraged to apply. Bachelor's degree in management, social work, counseling, or another relevant field required; Master’s Degree preferred. Three years of supervisory experience preferred. Minimum of 2 years’ direct experience in a non-profit agency including budget management, development and implementation required; minimum of 2 years’ managing grants with federal grant management preferred.
