Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Development Planning, Fundraising, Marketing, Written Communications, Grant writing and management, Donor Database Management, Community Relations/Advocacy, Media Relations, Planned Giving, Major Gifts, Donor Recognition, Website Development, Liaison to the Board

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Marketing experience. Demonstratable donor development and stewardship.Demonstrable knowledge and experience in searching for and writing of grants both restrictive and unrestrictive. This position is subject by law to finger printing and must past a rigorous criminal/character background investigation. Must have a valid driver’s license in NM

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Finance or a related field or an Associate’s degree in a related field with 1 years of experience or 5 years experience in a related field. Experience/knowledge of general non-profit resource development. Direct experience in fund-raising activities. .
