Main Areas of Responsibility: 

• Capital campaign solicitations
• Major gifts
• Donor cultivation
• Annual fund
• Alumni relations
• Major events and fundraisers
• Communications and public relations

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Liaison between the high school and the St. Pius X Foundation
• Maintain the data base
• Supervise the Advancement Office personnel and volunteers

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Five years experience as a Director of Advancement
• BA/BS degree in marketing, sales, communications, public relations
• Self-motivated
• Charismatic
• Results oriented fundraising
• Excellent verbal
• Written and presentation skills
• Knowledge of Raiser's Edge software
• Ability to prepare budgets and analyze financial statements
• Team player who understands Catholic school culture
• Mission and philosophy
