Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Retaining and expanding existing donors and new donor development through marketing strategies, constant contact, maintaining the donor profile and analysis of contributors. Researching and applying for Grants.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

-Represents El Ranchito de lost Ninos Inc. in a manner which reflects integrity and professionalism.
-Responsible for the oversight and development of all Special Fundraising programs and campaigns.
-Initiate, implement and determine needs for marketing, promotional and advertising materials.
-Responsible for the writing, editing, and production of all written communication with donors and prospective donors.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Finance or a related field,
• Or an Associate’s degree in a related field with 1 year of experience
• Or 5 years’ experience in a related field.
• Must pass rigorous criminal background investigation, drug test & driving record check.
• Experience/knowledge of non-profit resource development and fund-raising activities.
• Ability to create, draft and edit memorandums, letters, tables, graphs and spreadsheets as needed.

$50,000 to $60,000
