Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Director of Advancement is responsible for the oversight of NMHU Foundation operations, Planned and Major Giving, and supervision of the Foundation Financial Officer.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Director will manage a portfolio of 50 top donors and prospects, oversight of budget and financials, assist in staffing the NMHU Foundation Board and board committees, prepare and submit grant proposals, and direct the work of the contracted art curator and Friends of Arts appeals and events.

Other Information/Requirements: 

This role requires a Master's degree in any field, two years of work experience in a Foundation or non-profit fundraising setting, and proficient in working with Raiser's Edge donor database.
