Job Description
Type of Job: 
Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

A part-time position with its primary responsibility to work closely with the head of school & board of trustees to oversee the planning & implementation of the school’s capital campaign. The director will also provide support for the annual giving program.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Supervise and implement all campaign events and activities
· Supervise campaign gift processing and implement acknowledgement, and stewardship procedures and activities
Annual giving campaign:
· Support the development co-chairs and committee with giving strategies, communications and event planning
· Support the front office administrator’s work with the annual giving campaign
· Support the director of admission and marketing with annual giving collateral

Other Information/Requirements: 

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred; CFRE or related certification a plus
· Experience in campaign management or campaign related activity, 5 years minimum preferred
· Excellent interpersonal, oral and written skills
· Positive upbeat and collaborative spirit
· Extremely strong computer skills and outstanding knowledge of fundraising software
