Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Complete QuickBooks operations. Prepare Bi-weekly payroll. File monthly taxes and work with accountant on quarterly filings. Prepare monthly board/executive committee packets. Maintain a functional work environment for the staff and volunteers to include equipment and supplies. Routine communication and information gathering/dissemination.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Support the Executive Director with files and database. Work with ED to support ongoing events and special activities Collaborate on organizational print and outreach materials.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Desktop Publishing); proficiency in QuickBooks software
