Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Director will provide leadership with the EleValle Team, manage programs and projects to further improve the health of the South Valley communities served by Pathways for a Healthier Bernalillo County, and cultivate relationships and resources to improve the effectiveness of the work performed by EleValle-network agencies and Navigators/CHWs​.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Resource development and fundraising, relationship building internally and community wide, professional and career path development, programming with Pathways and on community health issues (including ACE related activities and the Burrito Network), evaluation with contracted evaluators, advocacy, financial management, and website and social media administration. Other Information/Requirements: 

• Master’s Degree: Planning, Community Health, related fields or ten years related experience;
• Understands Adverse Childhood Events (ACEs) and social determinants of health
• Knowledge of the South Valley with recent working relationships;
• Board development, non-profit governance, grant writing and reporting, public speaking, fundraising;
• Confident writer and communicator, and
• Spanish fluency preferred
