Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Opening is with St. Mary Rest Home - all applicants should embody the values of Catholic social teaching, servant leadership, creativity and a generous spirit toward the elderly. The director will be responsible for all operations of the facility including leading, training and motivating the staff, ensuring proper care for our residents, facility maintenance and financial sustainability.

Other Information/Requirements: 

. This person should possess the following qualifications:
• Experience in leading people
• Experience in financial and operational strategic planning
• Experience in working in a healthcare environment (RN or LPN is preferred but not required)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Willingness toward teamwork and collaboration with the board of directors
• Basic conversational Spanish is preferred but not required
