Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Relationship-building; Collaboration-fostering; Communications; Strategy Development; Evaluation;Policy Analysis & Advocacy; Systems Development & Organization-Building

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

•A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and five years of senior level non-profit management experience. Comparable business experience may be considered as equivalent qualification.
•Significant fundraising experience including planning and implementing campaigns, donor development, including major donors and special events.
•Successful grant writing and grants management experience.

Other Information/Requirements: 

•Successful experience in one or more of the following: program development, outreach and community organizing, planning participatory educational events, coordinating policy campaigns or doing political organizing.
•Knowledge of and/or experience with food security issues in New Mexico, a plus.
•Available to work weekends, evenings and travel as needed.
Compensation: This is a full-time contract position that does not include benefits.
