Main Areas of Responsibility:
- Provide customer support through technical competence and effective communication skills.
- Identify trends, articulate the issue and provide feedback to supervisor
- Experience using application store(s) including iTunes (iOS), Google Play and Amazon App Store
- Troubleshooting iOS(iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch), Android (Handset/Tablet), and Kindle
- Troubleshooting mobile connectivity (cellular/Wi-Fi)
