Internship
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Build semantic queries to retrieve collections and other forms of data, 20%; document and share data explorations through interactive presentations, 25%; build out portions of the linked data documentation, 10%; research data visualization and other tools and document their research and data storytelling, 15%; compose an original essay using collections data visualization to be published in Stories from the O’Keeffe, 10%; and learning across the organization, 20%.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Learn data models and museum data standards; build familiarity querying semantic data; visualization tools for making interactive presentations with museum data and data storytelling; creative problem-solving; and presenting complex technical ideas to non-technical colleagues.

Other Information/Requirements: 

All are required to wear a mask, common surfaces sanitized regularly, etc.; some college preferred
Skills & Abilities; front end software development skills; basic understanding of data science & semantic data; demonstrated experience with Python programming language, or equivalent; experience with research in the humanities field, preferably within art history; and demonstrated problem solving & curiosity.
