Main Areas of Responsibility:
You will provide NM Family Infant Toddler Program early intervention services to families whose infants and toddlers have developmental delays/disabilities. This role works as part of a transdisciplinary team with therapists and health care providers using a coaching model to help parents/caregivers learn how to support the child’s development during daily routines/activities.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Services include developmental assessments, individualized intervention, co-visits and team meetings. Services are typically provided in-person in the family’s home or childcare setting, but during the pandemic are provided primarily via Zoom/Telehealth. Areas served include Pena Blanca, Placitas, Bernalillo, Rio Rancho, Corrales, Ventana Ranch, Paradise Hills.
