Development Team Administrator

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Manage and document processes of Development Team administrative functions. Provide administrative support to entire department and work with Administrative Assistant to Major Gifts to ensure all tasks and projects are completed well and in a timely fashion. Manage certain projects such as direct mail and acknowledgement letters with the support and guidance of the Chief Development Officer.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Send invitations, track RSVPs and set up room and catering for meetings. Record and distribute minutes. Maintain rosters and coding in database. Provide support for recruitment and trainings. Manage and Document corporate thank you letters. Ensure process documentation is written, reviewed with team and updated as needed. Manage entire process of direct mail donation requests for donors giving less than $1,000 annually.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Assist Development Team by providing administrative support, coordinating meetings and special events. Review and edit the UWCNM website to ensure accurate information. Serve as key contact for Finance. Provide the highest level of customer service; Strong written and oral communication skills; High level of organizational and interpersonal skills; Highly organized to meet deadlines and track multiple simultaneous projects, yet flexible to meet changing needs and unexpected requests.
