Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Lead/Spearhead our donor/fundraising outreach; manage major gift campaigns to build fundraising capacity' Researching and Writing grants; Draft/assess current fundraising plan and implement modifications; Increase our supporter base by conducting prospect research; Cultivate relationships with current supporters to grow their annual giving.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Maintain accurate and consistent data among donor program and Mailchimp; Post social media ads for fundraising related purposes; Use excellent verbal/written communication. Preferred Qualifications: prior experience working with nonprofits that impact women, people of color, LGTBQ; project management skills with fundraising campaigns; event planning experience.

Other Information/Requirements: 

2+ years of professional fundraising experience for non-profit and/or 2+ years of professional grant/proposal writing experience for non-profits; 2+ years of professional experience creating social media marketing for fundraising; 1+ years of professional experience creating fundraising plans; 1+ years of experience with donor database system.
