Main Areas of Responsibility: 

We are seeking to fill a newly created position for a donor relations/fundraiser who shares our passion and vision. The position is negotiable, staff or contract & full or part-time. Experience required 2-8 years. Salary up to $62,000, based on skills, experience, and full or part-time.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Preferred qualifications:
• Grant/proposal writing experience
• Experience with in-person “asks” from individuals, corporations, and foundations
• Ability to cultivate productive working relationships with diverse populations
• Familiar with fundraising/communication databases

Other Information/Requirements: 

This position requires experience with social media marketing for fundraising purposes; prior experience working with nonprofits that impact women, people of color, LGTBQ is a plus; and project management skills with fundraising campaigns that include training and managing staff, board members, and volunteers.
