Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Works directly with the ED to implement and coordinate strategies to sustain and expand the donor base, fundraising revenues, and the expansion of a robust donor circle program for CCA. Responsibilities include cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of current and new donors and members. Will help coordinate special appeals, donor communications, grant research and proposals, membership, as well as work on all events for CCA.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Highly flexible and adaptable, ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
Grant research and writing
Provide friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable donor stewardship
Work evening events and weekend days
Willingness to abide by all CCA health and safety covid-related protocols and standards

Other Information/Requirements: 

A Bachelor’s degree in Art History, Studio Arts, Arts Administration or related discipline or equivalent practical life experience and at least 2 years relative development experience
Experience in managing and tracking multiple prospects and donors
