Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Workplace Campaign Development Officer duties include planning, organizing and implementing workplace campaigns to increase donor knowledge and awareness of UWCNM and related programs. Community volunteer recruitment, engagement and management. Assists with the implementation of overall strategic fundraising plans. Acts as United Way’s primary contact in Valencia County.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Temporary campaign staff recruitment, training and management, assist in recruitment of Valencia County Rural Committee, and in tandem with volunteers oversee and manage Valencia County Rural Committee activities and actions.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Must have Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years development experience and skills in MS Office, excellent communication skills, commitment to working in team settings and an understanding of internal and external customers required. Must be able to work evenings and weekends to attend UWCNM and community events. Must possess a valid New Mexico driver’s license and have daily access to a dependable motor vehicle due to extensive amount of driving required.
