Main Areas of Responsibility:
Implements short and long-term plans and strategies related to building the membership program for growth and retention for museum. Creates, manages and attends all membership events. Assists in other development program efforts such as solicitations, grant writing and clerical support as needed.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of membership information. Assists in planning and implementing activities and recruitment, retention and renewal strategies for new members. Provides direct customer service to members and prospects.
