Main Areas of Responsibility:
Leads all fundraising activities, designs and manages campaigns that develop positive donor relationships, cultivates new supporters, and improve the agency brand and reputation. Manages and creates development budget. Handles external communications, marketing, and social media for event promotion. Coordinates event logistics. Makes presentations to community organizations, maintains donor records.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Donor cultivation and stewardship: Prospect development; leveraging existing relationships to secure new supporters.
Event Management: Leads all events determined by Board Development Team. Solicits cash and in-kind sponsors. Manages multi-media promotion that includes TV, radio, print, social media, and incentive items. Manages budget, timelines and deadlines.
