Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Development Manager serves as a key leadership team member and an active participant in making strategic decisions for the organization working with the Executive Director and Development Chair.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The successful candidate will help forge new relationships to build the organization’s visibility, impact, and financial resources. Design and implement a comprehensive plan for developing key external alliances by cultivating individual, corporate and philanthropic support.

Other Information/Requirements: 

A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field is required.

Minimum three years proven success in development for a nonprofit. Experience with performing arts a plus. Knowledge of, and experience with CRM (e.g. Raiser’s Edge, Donor Perfect, etc.) Fluency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel. The ability to learn and apply new skills.
