Main Areas of Responsibility:
-Leads community engagement efforts
-Manages grants; including financial tracking and reporting, submitting proposals, oversight of grant application calendar, etc.
-Identifies potential donors and cultivates donor relationships
-Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with community partners, local governments, stakeholders, etc.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
-Monitors and reports on outreach metrics
-Develops development strategies that align with agency’s mission and community needs
-Other special projects and duties as assigned
-Participation in staff meetings
