Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Execute annual fundraising plan with various endeavors and programs: secure financial support from individuals, foundations and corporations; prospect identification, cultivation, and solicitation process; develop and maintain ongoing relationships with donors, members and customers; execute a strategy for a sustained base of annual individual donors, and; experience effectively communicating key data.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Involvement with fundraising initiatives and tasks for the following areas: Individual and annual giving; Sponsorship Campaigns; Special Programs and Events, and; Donor & Member Events.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree; preferred 2-5 years’ fund development experience; exceptional language skills oral and written; knowledge of fund-raising strategies; principles and practices of non-profit organizations; computer skills (Microsoft products, Google products, experience with many software programs from communications, design and donor databases); personal qualities of initiative, creative thinker, independent work ethic, integrity, credibility, and commitment; comfortable with initiative and enjoys people.
