Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Surround yourself while you work, in an environment that is rich with NM Pueblo heritage. The Indian Pueblo Cultural Center is looking for a Development Manager. The individual reports directly to the VP of Cultural & Community Engagement. The Development Manager will oversee IPCC’s donor relations program and manage fundraising initiatives.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for developing the nonprofit’s fundraising campaigns, communicating with current and prospective donors, and building a stronger development team for our organization. This position involves managing individual and corporate gifts as well as a planned capital campaign.

Other Information/Requirements: 

The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Administration, or related field, or equivalency; minimum of 5 years of successful fundraising. Three years of supervisory, management experience in a non-profit organization. Must pass a background check. Native American Preference.
