Main Areas of Responsibility:
St. Martin’s is seeking a Development Manager with experience and demonstrated success in fundraising, with a particular emphasis on special events planning, implementation & management, direct mail, marketing and social media management. Experience securing corporate sponsors, working with events’ committees, developing and nurturing relationships with donors, and thorough knowledge of donor management software.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The successful candidate will understand and advance the mission of St. Martin’s through digital, print and in-person communications with key stakeholders. The Development Manager must have excellent organizational, networking, communication and interpersonal skills. Must have a track record of successfully prioritizing multiple projects, meeting multiple overlapping deadlines and working well with diverse populations. Experience working with marginalized populations a plus.
