Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Development Director is responsible for the creation and implementation of the organization’s fundraising strategies and campaigns. Primary duties include prospect research, stewardship and cultivation activities, identification and submission of grant applications, individual and sponsorship solicitations and evaluation of fundraising activities.

Tracks and reports on monthly progress toward fundraising targets
Recruits, manages and trains development department staff
