Main Areas of Responsibility: 

You will implement NMBPS non-event fundraising strategies that generate $1.2 million in donations each year. You will engage a large group of diverse donors, corporations and foundations to facilitate meaningful relationships between them and the NMPBS mission, values and programs. You will cultivate, steward and solicit donors to grow major gifts, general and restricted donations, corporate sponsorships, grants, planned gifts, community partnerships and more.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s (or higher) degree and five (5) years successful experience in non-profit development and/or for-profit sales, marketing and brand leadership.
