Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Establish enduring revenue sources for KCLC for the next decade and put in place strategies for KCLC’s long-term prosperity, including support from foundations, individual donors, tribal, state and federal education dollars, KCLC’s own for-profit revenue stream, and an endowment.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

● Assume all grant seeking, writing, and reporting responsibilities.
● Forge partnerships in the philanthropic and legislative communities, as well as in the private sector.
● Increase the income from KCLC’s donor base.
● Assist in acquiring new KCLC facilities.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Education
● B.S. in Nonprofit Development, Finance, Business, Management, or Accounting
● MBA Preferred
Experience
● 3-5 years experience in nonprofit development, management, finance, business, or tribal administration
● 3-5 years in managing grants and/or budgets
● Experience working directly with indigenous communities preferred
