Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Reports directly to the VP of Cultural & Community Engagement. The Development Manager will oversee IPCC’s donor relations program and manage fundraising initiatives. Responsible for developing the non-profit’s fundraising campaigns, communicating with current and prospective donors, and building a stronger development team for our organization. This position involves managing individual and corporate gifts as well as a planned capital campaign.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Will represent the VP of Cultural & Community Engagement at meetings, both internal and external.
• Will help with the planning and implementation of fundraising events.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Administration, or related field, or equivalency; minimum of 5 years of successful fundraising. Three years of supervisory, management experience in a non-profit organization. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background investigation. Native American preference will be given.
