Main Areas of Responsibility:
• Achieve overall fundraising goals.
• Cultivate existing base of benefactors while expanding the number of individual, foundation and corporate donors.
• Oversee all grant writing and grant reporting.
• Manage all major fundraising events.
• In conjunction with the President, create a multi year development plan.
• Create and lead a development team.
• Oversee the maintenance of our website and social media sites.
• Prepare regular reports Board of Directors.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Serve as the Pantry's representative in local and regional organizations.
• Work without any discrimination with guests, staff and volunteers.
• Effectively prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Motivate and relate positively to groups and individuals.
