Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Lead and implement all fundraising and marketing/public relations initiatives ensuring long-term sustainable revenue is in place to support CIS’s work across northern New Mexico.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Candidate will bring a proven track record of fund development expertise and success in major gifts and foundation grant fundraising. A demonstrated passionate commitment to social justice, equity and public education is a must.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as full proficiency in Microsoft Suite. The ability to work collaboratively, cooperatively, and thoughtfully with a highly professional and dedicated team is essential. Minimum: bachelor's degree; master's degree preferred.
