Do you have several years of hands-on development experience and seek to move to the leadership level, making a difference within one of Santa Fe’s leading performing arts organizations – now celebrating its 34th season? Do you have the desire to shape and implement fundraising strategy both in person and digitally? The Development Director serves as a key leadership team member and an active collaborator in making strategic decisions for the organization.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Develop, manage, and oversee direct mail fundraising appeals. With the Events Chair and Committee manage annual auction fundraiser and other special events.
Implement a stewardship program aimed at cultivating deeper ties with patrons and upgrading donors’ philanthropy.
Monitor all donor information.
