Development Director

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Development Director is responsible for developing and implementing the development strategy for Meals on Wheels of Albuquerque. The Development Director is responsible for achieving fundraising goals and engaging sponsors in ongoing activities. This includes leveraging key relationships within and outside of our current network to ensure meeting revenue goals.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

In conjunction with the Executive Director, the Development Director will be responsible for the following:
• Fundraising (Individual and Corporate donors)
• Major Gift/Donor Support
• Donor Stewardship
• Events Management
• Database and Records Management
• Development & Public Relations
• Financial Reporting
• Dedicate on-going attention to personal professional development through trade organization networks

Other Information/Requirements: 

This is a part time, salaried position. Hours will be approx. 4-5 hours/day. Potential evenings/weekends as needed. A qualified candidate will be required to sign a non-compete agreement. See full job description and requirements at: http://mow-nm.org/development-director/
