Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

We are seeking an experienced person who can manage major donor solicitation; grants from government agencies and foundations; smaller donor annual appeals (on-line and off-line); and planned giving initiatives. Must be able to plan and execute fundraising efforts for HMI programs; solicit funds from donors/supporters; compile and analyze data about potential contributors; hand off program development aspects to appropriate teams to stay focused on fundraising.

HMI is an international non-profit based in Albuquerque (www.holisticmanagement.org). HMI's mission is to educate people to manage land for a sustainable future. We believe people count, healthy land is essential, and money matters.Relationship selling skills are required. Minimum 10 years experience. Able to document performance of dollars raised. Travel required. Salary commensurate with experience.
